The purpose of our Agency is to provide our clients with the best advice on asset conservation, protection and enhancement. This advice will be responsive to the existing marketplace with a fair and equitable charge to our clients.

Our goal is to have a knowledgeable staff and one which is continually increasing its knowledge and skills through seminars and training. It is important that we effectively communicate this knowledge to our clients.

We will always be fair and honest in our relationships with the carriers that we represent. We best serve our clients when our company relationships are strong. We will not knowingly place a risk with a company that we do not feel is a reasonably good risk. Accounts that do not fall within the standard criteria, we will place with markets designed for this specific type of business.

At a time of loss, our goal is to represent our client to the best of our ability and to do everything possible to facilitate the loss handling.

It is our goal to be an active part of the communities that we serve and we will, as strongly as possible, support worthwhile community activities.

It is the goal of our Agency to provide a good place for employment. This will be accomplished by providing a pleasant work atmosphere and the proper equipment to do the job effectively.

It is the plan of ownership that the Agency will be privately held and not subject for sale to an outside firm.
